MANAGEMENT
Brian Franklin
President
Brian Franklin has provided independent marketing, new media, creative
strategy, creative direction, and writing services to over a hundred
corporations, agencies, organizations, and political campaigns. He currently serves as the Communications Director for Congressman Robert Wexler (D-FL), the Broward Democratic Party, and Chris Chiari, a candidate for Florida
State House (Dist. 91). Additional current or recent clients include Florida State Senator Dave Aronberg (D-Dist.
27), Florida State Senator Nan Rich, Florida State Senator Ted Deutch, State Senator the Federation of Public Employees, and others within
the United States. He served as a personal advisor to Florida State
Representative Martin David Kiar during the 2004 and 2006 election
cycles, assisting with research and positioning strategy. Additionally,
in early 2006, he provided fundraising/marketing strategy to the Broward
Democratic Party. His past non-profit work includes writing, creative
direction, and/or marketing strategy for clients such as the Red Cross,
Salvation Army, Children's Place of HomeSafe, Broward Partnership
for the Homeless, Miami Economic Opportunity Family Health Center,
The Future of Music Coalition, and Leadership Miami. He has written
the initial business plans for high-growth start-up corporations such
as Mobile Storm, Verdant Technologies, as well as guided the marketing
strategy of Aerin Rose Swimware and Ryan Arciero/Arciero Racing.
Prior to forming Impact Politics, Franklin took a few years to teach Advanced Placement
U.S. Government and Politics at Cypress Bay High School, the largest
high school in the country, where he piloted the first tablet-pc program
for the Broward County School District and served on numerous advisory
committees.
Franklin is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants as well as the American Political Science Association.

Russ Rogers
Chief Technical Officer
Russ Rogers is an experienced technical advisor and software developer, having managed websites, web-interfaces, backend software and design for dozens of clients and agencies. Additionally, he has provided background music, scoring, and sound effects for websites and flash-animation projects. Beyond his work at Impact Politics, he has designed, developed, and/or managed websites and software for companies such as Aerin Rose Swimware, Arciero Racing, Aquavac, BFW Advertising, Greek Central, Radbody Fitness, and Storis.

Clara Evans - Health Care
Clara Evans is an independent policy consultant primarily
focused on health policy issues. Prior to consulting, Evans was a
Senior Consultant at the California State Assembly's Committee on
Health. Before working for the California Legislature, Evans spent
five years working on Capitol Hill, as the Senior Legislative Assistant
to U.S. Representative Howard Berman, focusing on issues and legislation
regarding healthcare, education, the budget, Social Security, women's
and veteran's issues, and appropriations. Evans also served as a Legislative
Aide to Congresswoman Jane Harman, where she concentrated on education,
children, and law enforcement issues.
RESEARCH ASSISTANTS
Ash McDaniel
Ash McDaniel is an award-winning writer and researcher and
currently a student at The George Washington University, persuing
a joint major of Political Science and Economics. A former staff writer
for the Fort Lauderdale Sun Sentinel and Miami Herald, McDaniel won
Correspondent of the Year, Staffer of the Year, and Best Editor for
the Sun Sentinel Teen Link.
Gabor Debreczeni
Gabor Debreczeni is a Yale student working on a double major
of Economics and Math. The valedictorian of the largest high school
in the nation, (Cypress Bay High - pop. ~5300), Gabor is also a two
time national champion in Calculus competitions, a US Mathematics
Olympiad qualifier, and tied for first place in the nation at the
American Regions Math League. An accomplished writer as well, Gabor
has written articles for the Fort Lauderdale Sun Sentinel, Yale Daily
News, and The Shift, a Yale-based news magazine.
